PNSPAY uses account information to provide account access, wallet management, transaction processing, rewards, referrals, security, support, and service communications.

Information we use

This may include your name, verified email address, profile image, wallet identifiers you submit, transaction references or payment proof, referral relationships, support messages, and technical security logs.

Account security

Passwords and PINs are stored as secure password hashes. Verification and password reset codes are time-limited. Administrators do not need to see your password to support your account.

Payments and wallets

Only payment methods and wallet types enabled by the platform are shown. Transaction evidence may be retained for operational, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute purposes.

Referral information

Referral relationships and company-funded commissions may be recorded so team statistics and commissions can be calculated accurately.

Advertising & analytics

PNSPAY may use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure page visits, completed registrations, Market views, offer claims and completed offer activity. Where permitted, matching identifiers such as email, name, internal account ID and browser/device data may be hashed or otherwise processed for measurement and advertising attribution. PNSPAY does not send wallet PINs, OTPs, bKash/Nagad wallet numbers, transaction proof images, transaction IDs or wallet balances to Meta through this integration.
